Grounds for Community (2024)

Grounds for Community is a documentary about the coffee shop Argo Tea at Fordham University Lincoln Center. Students each have their own personal connection to Argo, and the shop has provided more than just caffeine and sweet treats. Argo Tea and the women behind the counter, Ginger and Rosemary, are integral to the Fordham community; they always greet you with a smile, offer advice, and ask for updates on your academic journeys. This documentary explores how this coffee shop and these ladies have impacted the student experience at FCLC while demonstrating how little acts of kindness can create a lasting impact.
