My Process

01

My Logo

Being tasked with creating my own personal logo for my Logos, Branding, and Presentation class at Fordham was no easy feat. I took weeks making sketches and iterating different designs before settling on the one I liked best. From there, there came multiple more iterations as I polished my work based on peer and professor feedback. The final slide holds the final designs, including the logo I am using for this site! I learned so much about logo design during this process, such as the use of grids and geometry to create more stronger, more effective designs.

02

Bronx Documentary Center

The first step I took for this project was conducting research on media and marketing strategies, as well as psychological and behavioral studies on the effects of specific visual techniques. Being a design major, my research was grounded in the fundamental principles of design and my experiences creating striking visuals. Below is the final proposal given to the board at the BDC.

During this process, I gained knowledge and experience of working with a client and a team. I was elected project manager and illustrator of this project, which was my first real experience
